Event Summary
The Centre for Diagnostic Nuclear Imaging (PPDN), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) conducted its PTJ-Level EKSA Self-Audit Assessment as part of its continuous efforts to strengthen the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) practices within the centre.
The self-audit was led by Ms Suhayu Saleh as the Chief Auditor, with Dr Raizulnasuha Abd Rashid serving as the Assistant Auditor. The assessment aimed to evaluate compliance with EKSA requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in creating a more conducive, systematic, organised, and quality workplace environment.
PPDN extends its sincere appreciation to the audit team and all staff members for their commitment and cooperation throughout the assessment. It is hoped that the EKSA initiative will continue to foster a culture of excellence and further enhance the quality of service delivery.
