Event Summary
The Nuclear Diagnostic Imaging Centre (PPDN), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), successfully organised PUTRADOC@PPDN: Health Talk Series 2 entitled “Dementia: Symptoms, Diagnosis & Prevention†on 30 June 2026. The session was delivered by Professor Dr. Subapriya Suppiah, Director of PPDN and Consultant Clinical Radiologist and Nuclear Medicine Physician.
The health talk aimed to raise awareness among the UPM community about dementia by providing insights into its early symptoms, diagnostic approaches, and preventive measures. The session also highlighted the importance of early detection in improving patients’ quality of life while promoting greater awareness and understanding of brain health and dementia prevention.
