Event Summary
The Centre for Diagnostic Nuclear Imaging (PPDN), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) underwent the University-Level EKSA Internal Audit Assessment as part of its continuous efforts to ensure compliance with EKSA requirements and strengthen the implementation of EKSA practices within the centre.
The assessment was conducted by UPM internal auditors, led by Dr. Jamali Janib from the Centre for Foundation Studies for Agricultural Science, Universiti Putra Malaysia, together with Ms Azarizam Ali from the Bursar’s Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia. The audit aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of EKSA implementation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in creating a more conducive, systematic, organised, and quality workplace.
PPDN extends its sincere appreciation to the audit team and all staff members for their commitment and cooperation throughout the assessment. It is hoped that the audit findings will further strengthen EKSA implementation and support continuous improvement towards service excellence.
