PETALING JAYA - The Nuclear Diagnostic Imaging Center (PPDN) has conducted a Health Screening and Cancer Detection Program located at Star Media Group, Petaling Jaya. This program is conducted in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, Star Media Group, in conjunction with the department's Open Day.

The program lasts for two days, from 8-9 November 2022. In this program, PPDN offers a cancer detection screening service using an ultrasound machine run by PPDN radiologists, where male participants will carry out an ultrasound examination of the prostate, while for women they will undergo breast ultrasound examination. Before undergoing the ultrasound screening, participants were required to answer a questionnaire to learn about their lifestyle practices and health history.

In addition to consultation services, participants will also receive a direct referral letter to the hospital if there are findings from the ultrasound examination. During the two days of this program, the PPDN has successfully examined more than 100 participants consisting of the company's own staff.

At the end of the program, the secretariat of the Open Day of the Human Resources Department, Star Media group thanked PPDN for accepting their invitation to participate in their program, also thanking them for providing them with good health services for free, and hoping that this cooperation can be carried out on the program and in the future.
