OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY INSPECTION

Serdang 1 August 2022 – Pusat Pengimejan Diagnsotik Nuklear (PPDN) has received the presence of inspectors for occupational safety and health inspections led by Mrs. Siti Hafizah Ibrahim from the Occupational Safety and Health Management Office. A total of three (3) members from the Start Help Unit, Occupational Safety and Health Management Office, UPM were present during the inspection.


PPDN has successfully obtained EXCELLENT status with an achievement value of 94.81% (5*). The inspection has covered three (3) scopes, namely:

  • Fire Service Act Compliance: Fire Prevention Systems
  • Compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994
  • Covid -19 Weekly Reporting (For the period 1 January – 31 March 2022)

 

The findings of the inspection are expected to help PPDN create a safe and healthy work culture while also ensuring the safety and health of employees as well as the workplace environment is under control. The PPDN is also grateful for all the views and suggestions for improvement that have been given throughout this inspection.
