Serdang - The Centre for Diagnostic Nuclear Imagi ng (PPDN) in collaboration with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has organized an internationalization program; Masterclass in Molecular Imaging 3.0 (Theranostic) on 29 – 30 August 2022, held at the Library Auditorium, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

This two-day program was attended by 50 participants from private and public agencies, including three nuclear medicine experts from Indonesia. This program focuses on aspects of cancer management, studying the role and interpretation of images obtained from patient diagnosis, methods of determining the stage of cancer and some potential treatments and complications that can occur in oncology.

The program includes theoretical and practical sessions where participants are exposed to current imaging techniques and the interpretation of cancer images obtained from patient diagnosis.

Based on the feedback from the participants, we received many positive comments about this program and they hope that this program will be organized again next year
