Pusat Pengimejan Diagnostik Nuklear (PPDN) has made a Knowledge Sharing Visit to the Security Division (BKU) on June 7, 2023 (WEDNESDAY). The main objective of the visit session is to see the effectiveness of records management at BKU in addition to being able to share views and knowledge related to organizational management and Training from both Departments.
PPDN visit of 18 people led by Prof. Dr. Fathinul Fikri Ahmad Saad Director of Nuclear Diagnostic Imaging Center. PPDN's presence at BKU is also one of the slots in PPDN's 2023 staff training annual planning.
The visit session which started at 9.30 am started with an introduction and familiarization session between the two parties. BKU through the Director, Tuan DSP/KS Norazlan bin Mohamed has presented the best organizational record management methods and training that is a practice at BKU to be shared with all PPDN members. This takes into account that BKU is an organization that answers to two administrative entities in its organization, namely the Management of Universiti Putra Malaysia and the Management of the Royal Malaysian Police.
The Knowledge Sharing session ended at 12:30 in the afternoon with the presentation of souvenirs by both parties. Hopefully this knowledge sharing session can contribute to the development and refinement of management for both organizations.
