6 May 2026 – The Centre for Diagnostic Nuclear Imaging (PPDN), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) conducted a Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 Internal Preparatory Audit as part of its preparations for the upcoming Internal Audit scheduled on 20 May 2026.

The internal audit exercise was carried out to ensure that all work procedures and documentation at the centre remain compliant with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, while reinforcing continuous improvement practices in organisational management and service delivery.

The audit was conducted by a team of internal auditors comprising Dr Muhammad Hishar Hassan, Mr Muhammad Hafiz Hanafi, Ms Ida Nur Syafinaz Muhammad Fuad, Ms Suhayu Salleh, and Ms Nor Kamalia Abd Jalil. The session involved the review of work processes, documentation records, procedural compliance, and quality management practices across the relevant units.

All PPDN staff demonstrated excellent cooperation and commitment throughout the audit process. Continuous initiatives such as this are expected to further strengthen the culture of quality, enhance service efficiency, and ensure that the organisation’s management system remains at the highest standard.
