20 May 2026 – The Centre for Diagnostic Nuclear Imaging (PPDN) successfully conducted its Internal Audit with the full participation and commitment of all staff members. The audit session was led by Ms Nor Afida from the Occupational Safety and Health Management Office, together with Dr Muhammad Hishar Hassan as the Deputy Audit Coordinator (TPAD), and Mr Muhammad Hafiz Hanafi and Ms Suhayu Saleh serving as Internal Auditors (JAD).

The audit scope covered various aspects of organisational management, risk management, and key clinical service operations, including PET/CT, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and research activities. A comprehensive assessment was also carried out on several critical support functions, such as occupational safety and health (OSH), human resource management, staff training, equipment calibration, facility and vehicle management, customer relations, and industry networking.

Overall, the audit process was conducted smoothly, reflecting the strong commitment and cooperation demonstrated by all PPDN personnel. The management extends its sincere appreciation to the audit team for their dedication and professionalism throughout the exercise.

It is hoped that the findings and recommendations from this audit will further strengthen PPDN’s Quality Management System (QMS) and support the centre’s continuous improvement efforts in maintaining the highest standards of service excellence and organisational performance.
