 CUSTOMER'S CHARTER

1. Patient examination reports are submitted within 10 working days except for          examinations that require special scrutiny.
2. The patient will be notified again of the service appointment date within seven (7) working days after submitting the application form.
3. 90% of patients receive an examination on the appointment date.
4. The patient receives a payment confirmation notification email within three (3) working days after making the payment.
